middlesex much?

What is it about Greeks and birth deformations? Is it incest? Ha, I kid. Of course, this is from a novel I've read. Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides. Brilliant novel. I think I may re-read it again. For the 3rd time.
I've begun reading The Carlyles. It's going to take some getting used to.

Tomorrow, I'm going to be at X's house, sanding the doors of the house so that we can paint them. This is going to be a lot of fun. It's supposed to be raining, but we'll see. I slept until 2pm today, so I didn't see much of the storming that happened earlier. But I did see the doppler radar and it looks like something is coming down here from North Carolina and all that area.

I really want to take some writing classes, but I can't do any such thing until I get back to a real university. I was thinking about taking a class online, but it might be too expensive. I will more than likely be elegable for the Pell Grant this year. Who knows what I can pull off with that. I think tuition at the junior college is less than a grand for a full-time student. But who knows how much it will be, since I haven't even signed up for classes yet. Or talked to people at the school. Maybe I should do some investigating next week about that.

My lord. There has been absolutely nothing to do these few days. It's been so humid and whatnot. It's only the Spring, who knows how hot it will be by July.

I didn't get to re-arranging my room today. Seeing as I slept until 2 and then did all the house work I had to do. I really need to find a job, or something. Something part-time.
